Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand how to initiate a return, the conditions for returns, any fees involved, and the timeframe for refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2 Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or missing components.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. How to Initiate a Return
3.1 Contact Us To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at ken.okans@webprodev.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue or reason for the return
- Photos of the product, if applicable
3.2 Return Authorization Once we receive your return request, we will review the information provided and, if approved, issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the product back without receiving the RA number.
3.3 Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Inspection and Approval Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4.2 Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items returned that are not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
4.3 Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ken.okans@webprodev.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ken.okans@webprodev.com. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
